On November 3, 2008, long time Manhattan Kiwi Club member, Debbie Jeter,  became 95 years of age.  Debbie recently moved to PA. to live with her brothers.  She is thrilled that the 2010 Convention will be in Philadelphia and hopes to make it!
 
Debbie was the first American Airline stewardess to be retired at age 65.  She was a registered nurse (a requirement in those days) and received her training at the prestigious Johns Hopkins.  Anybody who flew out of New York in the 30's,40's, 50's or 60's will remember Debbie.
