>Connie Conlan Remmer, a MAL, passed away recently. Her graduating class date was 1946.

>Clare McCarty Chapin passed away in the Spring of 2008. Clare was in class of '44 and was Co-Founder of the Hartford Chapter in 1956. Jane Reilly of DEN reported her death.

*HAZEL WHITE FITZGERALD (1943), retired Director of American Airlines Stewardess College died Saturday, December 19, 2009 at the age of 97....... She worked for American Airlines for 35 years...... She traveled extensively after her retirement and she loved gardening and the outdoors...... She is survived by a sister, Evelyne Smith of Jasper....... Mary Thrasher's Tribute to her Mother: "I will be eternally grateful to both parents for the gift to me of love, understanding, patience, and a happy and secure home. I should of thanked her over and over for giving me life and the good sense to live it. She was a wonderful mother, and wife who supported my father in his Navy career. She was an accomplished artist and a professionally trained soprano who sang the praises of God. I have missed her memory of our times together in the last few years, but I shall miss her physical presence more than ever."
