San Antonio Weather

Late April and early May in San Antonio typically bring warm, pleasant spring weather, with daytime temperatures often in the upper 70s to mid-80s and cooler evenings in the 60s. It’s wise to include a small umbrella or light rain jacket in case of brief spring showers.

What to Pack

Flight Attendants usually know exactly what to pack—but if this is your first Kiwi Convention, here are a few helpful guidelines.

  • For most daytime events, smart casual attire is appropriate. We will be staying downtown in a lively tourist area, so plan for comfortable, polished outfits that work well for both meetings and exploring. And since this year’s convention has a Fiesta theme, don’t be shy about color—the brighter, the better.

  • Our Closing Banquet will feature a festive Mexican Fiesta theme. Members often enjoy incorporating vibrant colors and celebratory touches into their evening attire while maintaining the polished look that represents The Kiwi Club so beautifully. Colorful cocktail dresses, elegant dressy separates, and festive accessories are all wonderful choices for this special evening.

As always, wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident while joining in the spirit of the celebration.
