Recently Asked Questions About Renewing Online

1. Will I receive a receipt?
If you renew online using a credit card, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your receipt. You may also use your credit card statement as proof of payment. If you pay by check, your cancelled check serves as your receipt.

2. How will chapter presidents know who has paid their dues and who has not?
As your 2nd Vice President, I will provide each chapter president and chapter treasurer with a link to their chapter roster in August 2026. This will be a live link, meaning it will automatically update whenever changes are made to a member’s account. On the roster, members who have renewed their 2026–2028 National Kiwi Club dues will have PAID displayed next to their name.

3. I paid my National Dues by check. Do I still need to go online?
Yes, definitely. Even if you have been a Kiwi Club member for many years, we need to make sure our new database is complete and accurate. The easiest way to update your information is to complete the online renewal form. Please answer all questions on the form. When you reach the payment page, simply exit the form. Your membership information will be updated once your check has been received and deposited.

4. Why am I being asked to create an account?
Creating an account is optional, but there are several benefits to having one. Your account allows you to access and update your own information in the future. If your address, phone number, or email changes, you will be able to make those updates yourself.

5. Do I need to write a personal story?
No. Writing a personal story is completely optional. However, we would love for you to share a few memories if you would like. You might include experiences from your flying days, positions you held at the local or national level, your life after American Airlines, or how the Kiwi Club has been meaningful to you. Share anything you think your fellow Kiwis would enjoy learning about you. You may write approximately 1,100 words.

6. I am a Life Member and do not pay dues. Do I still need to complete the renewal form?
Yes. Our database shows that you are a Life Member and no dues payment is required. However, we still need you to complete the renewal form so we can update and verify your membership records.

7. I don’t have a computer or a smartphone. How can I complete the renewal form or
update my contact information?
Since the renewal form does not ask for private or sensitive information, you may have a family member, friend, or fellow Kiwi complete the form for you using their phone or computer. We appreciate your help in keeping our membership records accurate and up to date.
