
Paula Hubbard Schmickrath

Paula devoted 35 years of distinguished service to American Airlines, where she proudly represented the company in numerous special assignments, promotional events, and advertising campaigns throughout her career. She was honored to serve as a Purser from the very beginning of the program’s inception as the “First Lady,” a role she carried out with professionalism, grace, and dedication.
A passionate and loyal supporter of The Kiwi Club, Paula has generously given her time and talents in many ways. She served as both Co-Chair and Chair of the Hospitality venue for the past two National Conventions, helping create welcoming and memorable experiences for attendees from across the country. She currently serves as President of the Nashville Music City Kiwi Chapter, where her enthusiasm, leadership, and warm spirit continue to strengthen friendships and foster the Kiwi community.
Paula resides in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with her husband of many years, Patrick, who is also retired from American Airlines. Together they share a wonderful family, including their son, Joseph, who lives in San Antonio, Texas. In her free time, Paula enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and making memories with her beloved Labrador Retriever, Darby.
