DeSoto Cancellation Policy: Very Important!

  • If you need to cancel your DeSoto reservation, it is very important that rather than canceling directly with the hotel, please email me with the name on the reservation and confirmation number at: ptgkiwi@aol.com

  • I will inform the hotel and they will cancel your reservation, placing another member in the released room.  I will then confirm with you.

Standby List for The DeSoto:

  • If you wish to be on the standby list for The DeSoto, please email your details to ptgkiwi@aol.com (Name, email, phone, dates, room type, occupants). We will notify you of any cancellations.

Convention Registration Note:

  • Be sure to mention your hotel choice at the top of your convention registration form.

Gentry, Gumbo and Ghosts Event:

  • For Courtyard guests planning to attend this event, the trolley will conveniently pick up and drop off at The Courtyard.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We reserved more rooms than needed based on historical data, but overestimating is costly. Questions?
