What to Wear in San Antonio

SANDressing.png

San Antonio in late April is warm, festive, and colorful. Daytime is usually in the 80's, with warm evenings and plenty of sunshine.  Typical wear at Kiwi conventions is traditionally "casual city chic." but the fiesta setting brings a slightly more relaxed and colorful style.

You will be attending events indoors and outdoors so plan for the heat as well as chilly restaurants and rooms. Think:

  • breathable fabrics (linen, cotton, lightweight blends)

  • comfortable shoes for walking on stone and brick walkways

  • sunglasses and sun protection

  • a light wrap for airconditioned rooms

A touch of Fiesta color is always welcome

Our Closing Banquet will feature a festive Mexican Fiesta theme. Members might enjoy incorporating vibrant colors and celebratory touches into their evening attire while maintaining the polished look that represents The Kiwi Club so beautifully.

Colorful cocktail dresses, elegant dressy separates, and festive accessories are all wonderful choices for this special evening. As always, we encourage you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident while joining in the spirit of the celebration.
